We are very pleased to announce that the Council’s Planning Committee resolved to give planning permission (subject to legal agreement) for the regeneration of Charlton House, Albany House and Osier Court. If you would like to watch the planning meeting, you can view it on YouTube by searching for Hounslow Council Planning 21 March 2022.
This is a very significant and exciting milestone for the regeneration of the homes for residents and the new Neighbourhood Retail Centre. We thank everyone who has contributed and support the scheme since the first workshop in August 2020. Resident involvement has shaped the proposals, which will be of very high standard of design that deliver very modern flats that we hope you will be proud to call home.
The Regen Shop will remain open on Tuesdays and we have a new updated model of the Regenerated estate which can now viewed.
We wish to thank everyone for their continuous involvement, patience and support during the consultation and planning process.
The planning application was submitted at the beginning of December and is now available to view on the the council's website. The planning application reference number P/2021/4783 - Charlton House, Brentford.
